Once we drop your letter in the mailbox, delivery is handled by Deutsche Post. We cannot guarantee delivery, but if your letter doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll work out a solution — usually a free credit to resend.
Yes. If you haven't used your credits yet, we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked. Just email us. If credits have already been used, we can't refund those.
We print and mail your letter by the next business day. Deutsche Post typically delivers within 1–2 business days after that.
Up to 3 pages (A4). All pages are printed and folded together into a standard DIN lang envelope. If your PDF has more than 3 pages, the request will be rejected.
All letters are printed in black & white. This keeps costs low and delivery fast. Color printing may be offered as a premium option in the future.
Yes, images in your PDF are printed — just keep in mind they'll be in black & white (grayscale). Make sure text remains readable and images have enough contrast.
A4 (210 × 297 mm), max 3 pages, max 10 MB. We print it as-is on white paper, fold it into a DIN lang envelope, and mail it. Use at least 15 mm margins on all sides.
Not yet. We currently only support delivery within Germany. European delivery is on our roadmap.
You'll receive a payment receipt from Stripe automatically. If you need a formal invoice (e.g. for your company), email us and we'll send one.
Email us from the address you used to purchase credits, and we'll resend your API key.
No hard rate limit, but we process letters manually — if you send hundreds at once, there may be a delay. For high-volume needs, reach out to us first.
AgenticLetters is a solo project by a developer in Berlin. Real person, real mailbox, real letters.
That's exactly what it's built for. We provide a ready-made SKILL.md for OpenClaw. Just tell your agent: "Install this skill: agentic-letters.com/SKILL.md" and it can send letters autonomously. Works with any agent framework that can make HTTP requests.
GET /api/letters/:id returns the current status: queued (received), printed (printed and ready), sent (in the mail), or returned (undeliverable).
Only until the letter is sent. After mailing, PDFs are deleted from our servers.
